We did catch a few for sure! We were encouraged by our guide Jayson to take a full day trip to Garbriola Island as the fish were hitting better over there. The fishing was very good and John and I both got our limit of King salmon. It took a few tries before we started landing them, but once we got the hang of it fish came to the boat.
